ABOUT / HOW I THINK

I’ve spent my career working across banking, fintech, digital products, and public services, usually where technology, operations, and people have to work together for anything meaningful to happen.

That experience shaped how I think about building: good technology should reduce friction, improve how work moves, and make organizations more effective, not just add another layer of software.

Today, I’m applying that thinking through Kitebaze, where I’m focused on helping businesses use AI to remove the work getting in the way of growth and revenue.
